Booking deposit: A 25% deposit is required on booking.
The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival.
Pool heating: Available at extra cost.
Arrival and departure: Arrival after 15H00 and departure
before 10H00.
Maid service: Usually twice per week - included in cost.
Accessories: The villa has a Z bed, a cot and a high chair for guests use. The management company can provide further accessories for a small charge.
